Join fellow writers from around the globe, all driven by a shared passion for the art of poetry and spoken word.

This will be the first Poets Built It Critique Club of the year! It’s great to be back looking at the poetry and spoken word under a microscope. Discussing some of the greatest poets and their work to learn by example.

Who is your favourite poet at the moment?

Our founder Zena Edwards, will guide the session looking into literary devices, exploring thematic depth, with a focusing on fine-tuning your tone to even further resonate with your fans and readers. Gain valuable insights into your writing and the craft-personship of poetry and spoken word, and also develop the skills to critique the work of others with confidence.

Designed for both budding and established poets, Poets Built It offers a safe haven to share your work and receive insightful feedback.

This event is currently free and on a pay-as-you-can basis. Donations are always welcome as they help this platform community hub space to run and keep our volunteers in tea and lemon puff biscuits!
